Pendle & Craven Croquet Club’s home team of Geoff Whitaker, Mike Roberts, Walter Flattery and Barbara Dutton travelled to Culcheth, near Warrington and won 9-7.
However, many games went to the Golden Hoop and some games to time in what was a very pleasant day in beautiful sunshine.
