Cowling Harlequins 24 Greetland A 28
COWLING had victory ripped from their grasp as they conceded a last-minute try when two of their players collided going for a high ball.
It was tough on the Quins who also had two players sin-binned in the closing stages.
They had recovered well from conceding two tries in a poor start to pose problems for Greetland.
Young Jordan Powell sparked the Quins revival with some fine play. Craig Nicholson went over for two tries to edge Quins 12-10 ahead.
Steve Powell ran in a try before Greetland scored a try after Quins gave away a silly penalty.
Danny Windle restored Quins lead when he ran in a try from 40 metres and Powell landed his fourth successful conversion.
Unfortunately, Quins couldn't cling on.
