Pennine League Division Two West: Cowling Harlequins 0 West Craven Warriors 86
COWLING suffered a second successive heavy defeat to their neighbours, who were too good for Quins.
Warriors looked sharp and could have won by more if some of their final passes had come off.
Unlike the previous week, Cowling had a full team and, as is always the case, they refused to give in as Liam Smith, Nathaniel Harding and Wayne Verity produced some good tackles.
The hosts were unable to breach a solid Warriors defence despite good running from their man of the match Liam Sanctuary and Harding.
Cowling travel to Moldgreen on Saturday.
